Homemade Salsa



Homemade Salsa
Ingredients:
6 diced Roma tomatoes
1 green chili diced
¼ cup of onion chopped
1 minced garlic clove
1 jalapeno seeded and sliced thin
¼ tsp. ground cumin
½ cup of cilantro (or more to taste)
½ to whole lime squeezed

Directions:
Blend all ingredients to desired consistency in a food processor, blender, or bullet.

Recommendation:
Use as a dip for raw vegetables, dollop on top of chicken breast for a southwest taste, or use to enhance the favor of tacos – see tomorrow’s recipe for tacos.
