Smoothies



Smoothies
Breakfast Smoothie:
Ingredients:
Handful of sliced strawberries
Handful of raspberries
Handful of blueberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of water

Optional: a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein may be added


Directions:
Blend all ingredients well

De-Inflamation Smoothie:
Ingredients:
Handful of pitted cherries
1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or water
Optional: a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein may be added, but if it is added then add an additional cup of milk or water

Directions:
Blend all ingredients well

Post Workout Smoothie:
Ingredients:
Handful of kale
Half to a whole Banana
1 scoop of protein (chocolate or vanilla depending on your preference)
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

Directions:
Blend all ingredients well

Happy-Anytime Smoothie:
Ingredients:
Handful of Strawberries
Half to a whole Banana
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
Optional: 1 scoop of Vanilla protein

Directions:
Blend all ingredients well
