Zumba


Who enjoys dancing? I LOVE TO DANCE!!! Even before starting my weight-loss journey I had earned quite the reputation for hitting the dance floor. So when I began looking to spice up my workout routine, I naturally gravitated towards Zumba, a fun and lively calorie burner!


I know what you are thinking… “What? Seriously, a guy doing Zumba?! Now you really have gone too far Bubba!”


To be honest, I have definitely gotten some strange looks from the ladies participating in the class with me,  but once the music starts pumping and my hips start moving – I don’t care what anyone else thinks. I am burning tons of calories while having an absolute blast doing it. Not to mention, my salsa moves have totally improved since I started Zumba!


If you are looking for that “spice” (pun clearly intended) to jazz up your exercise routine then you must try Zumba!


As of the posting of this blog I have lost a grand total of 229 lbs in 63 weeks. I appreciate you for coming along on this journey with me!
